Contact for Delivery Phillips Truck & Tractor offers a 30-day, 100 working-hour return policy.

From the moment you receive your heavy equipment, a 30-day return or exchange window opens, regardless of the time of the day you received the item. This period allows you to thoroughly inspect the equipment and choose to return or exchange it for any reason, without needing to provide any explanation. To initiate a return or exchange, we require notification by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the 30th day following delivery, with the delivery day being considered as day zero. This request must be made via email.

If you wish for a buyback, the equipment must be located at the buyer’s premises for the repayment process. Phillips Truck & Tractor commits to repurchasing the equipment at the full price originally paid by the buyer, excluding any fees related to paperwork, shipping, taxes, or governmental charges, as well as any costs that come up while returning the equipment.

We assure comprehensive insurance coverage during this period, unless incidents occur due to the influence of alcohol or drugs.

However, Phillips Truck & Tractor CANNOT ACCEPT returns if the equipment:

Should we reject a return, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the equipment doesn’t fall under any of the aforementioned categories, we will authorize the return within the 30-day window. Refunds are processed immediately, although it may take between 1 to 3 days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
